I did everything right, anyone have ideas on how to fix this problem?

I think that's reason, Jerome needs to enable it.
I tried enabling it on profile preferences, but doesn't work.

Once I get forum staff, i'll create a section for forum issue reports and will move it there.

Jerome needs to edit it through the administrative panel.
